Please enter your room booking and event recording start and finish times

  • Recommended room bookings start times should be 2 hours before event start for our equipment set up
  • Recommended room bookings finish time should be 1 hour after event finish for our equipment removal

Note: These prices assume an event duration of up to one hour. For longer events please contact us for a quote. Off campus events are also covered - please contact us.
